This is a good value for money company and the products are delivered by Royal Mail very quickly. I have been a customer for many years and although I do not order all the time, there are offers on all the time, so it is always a very fair price all year round.

First the site didn’t work good, but after I complained, it was mended and my order was processed even a couple of days faster then promised. The products came in the best state: the cosmetics I ordered gives the results I expected and the perfume smells and lasts as long as I am used to.

Such a reasonable price, the same perfume was much more expensive on the high street. Although the scent smells different to the youth dew as I remember it from the eighties . Still pleasant, especially for the price. Great service. Will shop again to save money.

Great Value for premium sun protection. Love Ultrasun sport as one application provides protection for many hours. The pump bottle so much better value than the spray. Sprays are lost in the air. Packaging was good and items arrived in the timescale as stated when ordered.

I've ordered through this company on several occasions and they have been excellent on ezvh occasion. This occasion has been very poor. Order said it had arrived on 17th at one stop, shop then 20 minns later said there was a problem delivering. that problem has been on screen for last week I've ad several reminders to pick up parcel been 4 times its not there. Raised queries thro evri got nothing back. Raised queries thro my beauty fobbed me off said it would be there tomorrow which it wasnt. I have found this very frustrating and time consuming. Which is a shame cos all the other transactions I've had with this company have been really positive. It's the 27th still not received my product from 15th
